Electrostatic Spraying

Medtech US uses our electrostatic spray guns during our cleaning process for both surfaces and equipment. The electrostatic spray gun sprays an electrostatically charged mist onto surfaces and objects. Using our hospital grade cleaning agents our solution is combined with air and is atomized inside the sprayer. This allows the particles when sprayed to adhere to surfaces or objects and really coat the area well.

Our spray guns allow our professional cleaning staff to evenly coat objects as we rotate equipment during our cleaning process. The chemicals in the gun are positively charged, and when they exit they are attracted to any negative surface making the process easy and efficient. The spray removes germs and dirt, and is the best option for thorough cleaning.

Our cleaning process using our electrostatic spray guns allow Medtech to clean surface areas, hospital equipment, food and nutrition service equipment, and much more.

Benefits of Using Electrostatic Spray

  • Reduces cleaning and disinfecting time for medical equipment, large surfaces, or hard to reach places compared to other cleaning methods.
  • Removes and kills harmful bacteria and improves infection control in hospitals, nursing homes, or food and nutrition service locations where viruses and bacteria can spread easily.
  • Uses hospital grade cleaning chemicals that are FDA approved and safe for both humans and animals. The spray gun applies the exact amount of cleaning spray and eliminates overuse.
  • Prevents the spread of harmful viruses or infections in healthcare settings such as hospitals or nursing homes.
